Refund Policy
We believe in and stand behind our product, but we understand it may not work perfectly for everyone. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or if we cannot resolve an issue that makes the system unusable, we’re happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Refund Conditions:
- We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. In some cases we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
- Refunds are available only within 14 days of the first purchase date.
- Refund periods are based on the original purchase date, not repurchases.
- Renewal payments are non-refundable. We notify you before the renewal date, giving you the opportunity to cancel if needed.
- Refunds are not available for split payments. However, you may cancel the order to avoid further charges for subsequent installments.
- Upon receiving a refund, you relinquish license ownership and agree to stop using the product.
- LatePoint reserves the right to deny refund requests if deemed necessary.
