WordPress Users still can’t login, even when “Use WordPress users as customers” option is checked
Make sure you don’t have “required” custom fields for customers. If your WordpPress users, for example, don’t have a last name or phone number, but in LatePoint you are forcing them as required fields – then a connected LatePoint user can not be created.
