Setting up RazorPay payment processor in LatePoint
LatePoint supports Razorpay Checkout for accepting online payments using cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other supported payment methods.
Razorpay is mainly designed for businesses in India and supports INR along with multiple international currencies.
Before setting up Razorpay Checkout, make sure you have:
- LatePoint Pro version 5.6.0 or higher
- An active Razorpay account
Connect Razorpay Account
Step 1: Go to: LatePoint → Settings → Payments
Enable the Razorpay Checkout payment processor.

Step 2: You will see two connection options:
- Connect (Live)
- Connect (Dev)
It is recommended to test payments first using the Dev environment.
Click Start Connecting under the preferred environment.
Step 3: You will be redirected to the Razorpay authorization page. Complete the authorization process and you will be redirected back to your website.

Once connected successfully, the status will show as Connected.

Step 4: After connecting your account, configure the following settings.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Country | Select your business country |
| Currency Code | Currency used for payments |
| Company Name | Displayed in the Razorpay checkout popup |
| Payment Modal Color | Accent color for the payment popup |
| Payment Modal Logo | Logo shown in the Razorpay popup |
Step 5: Once this is set up, users will see the Razorpay payment option on the booking form’s payment page. When they select this option, they will be redirected to the Razorpay checkout page to complete their payment.
