How to create appointment reminders

You can send reminders to your customers before or after booking started or ended. Create a new workflow on LatePoint > Automation > Workflows with “Booking Started” or “Booking Ended” event and set “Execute actions with a time offset”, add “actions” that will be triggered when the process runs:

Once you’ve created these workflows, you can monitor a status of jobs that run those by going to LatePoint > Automation > Scheduled Jobs, you can see reports on job run and spot any issues or errors, you can also re-run jobs or run them early.
