How to Create Instant Booking Pages in LatePoint
LatePoint now includes a new Instant Booking Pages feature that allows you to quickly generate a direct booking page URL for a specific service, agent, or location — with options to customize how the page looks and functions.
To use this feature, navigate to the Services, Agents, or Locations sections in the LatePoint admin panel. When you hover over any item in the list, a new icon will appear. Click this icon to open the Instant Page Preview screen for that specific item.
On the preview page, you can see how the booking form will appear to customers. You’ll also find several options to tailor the appearance and behavior of the page. These include:
- Setting a custom background color.
- Hiding the left panel.
- Hiding the sidebar.
- Preselecting a service, agent, or location

This feature is ideal when you want to:
- Create quick booking links for individual services or team members
- Share direct booking pages with pre-filled details
- Embed a clean and minimal version of the booking form without extra navigation
Once you’ve configured the preview to your preference, simply copy the generated URL. You can then use this link on your website, in emails, or across social media.
