Setting up Stripe Connect payment processor in LatePoint
LatePoint supports Stripe Connect for accepting online payments using credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
Stripe Connect allows you to securely process payments through your connected Stripe account.
Connect Stripe Account
Step 1: Go to: LatePoint → Settings → Payments , and enable the Stripe Connect payment processor.

Step 2: Choose the environment
You will see two connection options:
- Connect (Live) – Used for accepting real payments from customers.
- Connect (Dev) – Used for testing payments before going live.
It is recommended to complete your testing using the Dev environment first.

Step 3: Connect your Stripe account
Click Start Connecting under the preferred environment.

You will be redirected to Stripe’s authorization page. Log in to your Stripe account and authorize the connection.
After authorization, you will be redirected back to your website.

Once everything is configured correctly, the connection status will show your connected Stripe account.

Step 4: Configure payment settings
After connecting your account, configure the following settings:
Country: Select your business country
Currency Code: Select the currency used for payments

Step 6: Accept payments
Once the setup is complete, customers will see the Stripe payment option during the booking process.
When they select Stripe as their payment method, they will be able to securely complete their payment using any payment methods supported by their region and your Stripe account configuration.
