How to Use Shared or Individual Meeting Links for Group Bookings
LatePoint allows you to control how meeting links are generated for group bookings.
This setting is configured separately for each service, which means different services can use different meeting link options based on your needs.
If no changes are made, separate meeting links will be used by default.
This feature works with:
- Zoom
- Google Meet
- Microsoft Teams
Where to find this setting
Go to: LatePoint → Services → Edit Service → Group Bookings → Meeting Links
If group bookings are enabled for a service and one of the supported meeting integrations is connected, you will see an option to choose how meeting links should be generated.

Separate meeting links
Each customer booking the same time slot receives their own unique meeting link.
Example:
If 5 customers book the same group session, 5 separate meeting links will be created.
This option is useful when each attendee needs an individual meeting session.
Shared meeting link
All customers booking the same time slot receive the same meeting link.
Example:
If 5 customers book the same group session, all 5 customers will receive one shared meeting link.
This option works well for group classes, webinars, workshops, or any appointment where all attendees should join the same meeting.
This feature gives you more flexibility when managing virtual group appointments.
