How to Manage Assets
LatePoint offers Assets functionality to help manage physical resources that are required for bookings, such as rooms, equipment, tools, or vehicles.
When an asset is connected to a service, LatePoint automatically checks its availability before allowing a booking. If all available units of an asset are already in use, the corresponding time slot will not be available for booking.
Examples:
- Treatment rooms
- Massage tables
- Rental bikes
- Photography studios
- Projectors
Assets require the LatePoint Pro Features add-on and must be enabled before use.
Enable Assets
- Go to LatePoint > Settings > General.
- Enable the Assets option.
- Save the settings.

Create an Asset
- Go to LatePoint > Assets.
- Click New Asset.
- Enter the asset details:
- Asset Name – Name of the resource.
- Quantity – Number of available units.
- Status – Active or Disabled.
- Short Description (optional).
- Click Add Asset.

Connect Assets to Services and Agents
You can connect an asset to one or more services and/or agents.
- Edit an asset and select the required services.
- Optionally select specific agents that can use the asset.
- Save the changes.

You can also connect assets directly from the Service edit screen.

Manage Assets
Go to LatePoint > Assets to view and manage all assets.
From there you can:
- Edit existing assets.
- Change asset quantity.
- Enable or disable assets.
- Delete assets when no longer needed.
If you only want to stop using an asset temporarily, set its status to Disabled instead of deleting it.
